Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-end leader at our Holland, OH location to promote an outstanding customer experience and oversee Associates. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure smooth POS operations while maintaining store standards and loyalty program promotions.

Must have 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, with strong communication and multitasking skills. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.
