Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Menomonee Falls is hiring a front-end team leader to promote an excellent customer experience and coach Associates on in-store processes, loyalty programs, and service standards.

You will oversee front-end operations, coordinate breaks, and ensure accuracy in POS coverage while maintaining store safety and compliance. A background in retail leadership and strong communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to train others
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example
• Oversee a team of Associates at front of store and manage loyalty programs
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and respond to POS coverage needs
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a positive store environment
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and safety standards
• Support leadership in training and mentoring Associates
