Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and provide world-class service at the Front-End (Cashier Area and Club Desk).
• Process returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized Front-End area and ensure merchandise presence.
• Handle payments securely according to SOP and answer product questions.
• Direct customers to store areas or team members as needed and communicate promotions.
• Stay informed about merchandising promotions and help drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to manager on opportunities to improve the customer experience.
