Job summary

Michaels in Woodland, TX is seeking a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers locate products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and merchandise recovery to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

This role supports omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, engages customers with rewards programs and private label card enrollments, and may cross-train in custom

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards
• Promote rewards and private label credit card enrollments
• Assist with omnichannel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Stock merchandise and maintain planograms and recovery
• Support store safety and SOP compliance
• Interact professionally with customers and teammates
• Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production
