Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating registers, addressing customer concerns, and upholding safety, store standards, and labor policies while supporting store goals and shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs
• Trains and mentors Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience
• Coordinates breaks for all Associates and ensures POS coverage
• Maintains a clean, organized store and promotes safety awareness
• Addresses customer concerns promptly and communicates priorities with management
