• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by coaching and feedback to ensure effective store operations.
• Drive financial performance by monitoring PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer service standards and implement company change efforts according to OBW principles.
