Walmart in Amelia, OH is seeking a dynamic leader to guide store teams, train associates, and drive customer service excellence using OBW principles. You will hire, mentor, and set clear expectations while delivering strong daily operations and engaging with store leadership to implement business solutions.

You’ll analyze PL statements, manage budgets, optimize merchandising, and control costs while reducing shrink.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms-specific CBC and Firearms Authorized Training.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and open communication.
Drive store revenue by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and merchandising.
Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve store issues for a high-quality experience.
Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates; hire, train, mentor, and set expectations.
Coordinate and oversee activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
Promote inclusion and a belonging mindset; uphold ethics and integrity in daily operations.
