Job summary

Walmart in Elizabeth, CO is seeking a store leadership professional to drive teams, training, and performance across store operations. You will coach associates, set expectations, and guide change initiatives while delivering outstanding customer service through the OBW model.

You will manage budgeting, expenses, merchandising, and community engagement to improve sales and shrink control, while partnering with stakeholders to meet company goals and growth.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms facilities, CBC and Firearms Training requirements may apply.
• Attend and complete all required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training, feedback, and store operations guidance.
• Ensure customer service excellence using the OBW model and community initiatives.
• Drive store financial performance via budgeting, expenses, and merchandising.
