Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring and firing.
• Open Door Policy and Walmart values applied in daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Front End, Fashion and AP Operations with total-store scope.
• Lead and develop teams, hire, train, mentor, set clear expectations and recognize performance.
• Drive store financials including budgeting, forecasting, merchandising, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
