- Leads and develops teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates.
- Tours stores, provides feedback and communicates with all levels on store operations.
- Implements business solutions and drives key company change initiatives.
- Manages customer service initiatives and ensures high quality customer experience.
- Oversees budgeting, forecasting, inventory flow and shrink mitigation.
