Qualifications

• Experience supervising and developing hourly associates; budgeting and forecasting knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback to improve operations and customer service.
• Drive store financial performance by monitoring budgets, inventory, merchandising, and shrink reduction.
• Supervise and develop associates, assign duties, set expectations, and recognize performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement business initiatives and ensure alignment with company standards.
