Job summary

Walmart in Montgomery, AL is seeking a store leadership professional to drive performance and develop hourly associates. You will hire, train, mentor, set clear expectations, and build a culture of belonging while delivering exceptional customer service and EDLP/EDLC execution.

You will analyze P&L, manage budgets, optimize assortment and merchandise presentation, lead safety compliance, and partner with teams to implement business initiatives and community outreach.

Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred)
• Experience supervising 5+ direct reports (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and feedback.
• Manages store operations, merchandising, and customer service to drive results.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing budgets, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
