Qualifications

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.
• Associates will be required to complete trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, hire training and mentor associates.
• Ensure customer needs and service standards are met across store operations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts and expenses; manage merchandising and inventory flow.
• Promote a culture of belonging and ethical conduct; apply Open Door Policy.
