Qualifications

• Two years of college OR one year of retail experience with one year supervisory experience.
• Associates will attend trainings and assessments (Academy/Open Door).
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback, touring stores and giving coaching.
• Model exceptional customer service and support customer initiatives and community programs.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL, budgeting, and controlling expenses.
• Develop action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are met.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire, train, mentor, and set clear expectations.
