Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Experience delivering coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to associates.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, and integrity standards as part of Walmart leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads high-performing teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning responsibilities, setting clear expectations, providing performance feedback, recognizing achievements, and developing future leaders.
• Builds a culture of accountability, collaboration, and belonging where associates are empowered to perform at their best.
• Drives associate engagement and performance by communicating business priorities, reinforcing operational standards, and promoting continuous learning.
• Oversees daily operations within the assigned area of responsibility to ensure efficient and consistent execution.
• Monitors KPIs and operational standards to improve productivity, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction.
