Job summary

Walmart seeks a store leadership professional in Walpole, MA to oversee teams, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes training, coaching, budgeting, merchandising, and operational excellence to meet financial goals and deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales by managing budgets, merchandising, inventory flow and customer service initiatives.
• Hire, train, mentor hourly associates, and promote a sense of belonging while meeting staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, Open Door Policy, and integrity standards across store operations.
