Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drive store sales and financial performance by reviewing PL statements and managing budgeting.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and implement action plans to improve service.
• Manage inventory flow, merchandising, and shrink reduction across the store area.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates.
