Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• Lead and develop teams through training and feedback.
• Ensure customer service standards using the OBW model.
• Drive store profitability through budgeting, merchandising, and operational excellence.
• Hire, train, mentor, and develop hourly associates and plan staffing.
