Qualifications

• 2 years of college, OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience, OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will complete trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and mentoring associates.
• Ensure customer service standards and community outreach programs are delivered.
• Monitor store operations, budgets, merchandising, shrink, and profitability; drive improvements.
