Job summary

You will manage financials for your area, monitor budgets, optimize merchandising, and reduce shrink while delivering sales.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Manage and support customer service initiatives and drive a high quality customer experience.
• Review PL statements, assist budgeting, forecasting and control expenses for designated area.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and mentoring of associates to meet staffing needs and growth.
