Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g. Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching training and feedback to associates across store operations.
• Ensure customer service standards and EDLP/ EDLC models are applied to plans and interactions.
• Drive store financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
