• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates.
• Drive the store's financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and ensure policy compliance.
