Job summary

Walmart Inc. is seeking a store leadership professional in Hudson, NH to lead and develop teams, delivering exceptional customer service and driving financial performance for the designated store area.

You will supervise hourly associates, hire and train staff, implement action plans to improve operations, and communicate company objectives across levels to ensure consistent execution of store initiatives and community programs.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop teams by teaching training, listening to associates, touring stores and providing feedback.
Drive store operations, merchandising, and company direction using technology and business initiatives.
Manage customer service programs and ensure a high quality customer experience.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and expense control to align with sales goals and profit targets.
Hire, train, mentor and recognize associates, ensuring staffing needs are met and growth potential realized.
Promote a culture of belonging and integrity, and uphold Open Door Policy in daily operations.
