Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver high-quality customer service at our retail branch. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and respond to in-store and phone inquiries to ensure a smooth checkout experience.

You will help with returns, memberships, and questions, and collaborate with branch leadership to support sales, order fulfillment, merchandising and inventory teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
• Consistently achieve high levels of point-of-sale transactions on a daily basis
• Assist customers with accurate register transactions, including cash handling and membership verification, as well as loading purchases into customer vehicles
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately
• Expedite customer flow through checkout lanes to minimize wait times
• Serve as the first point of contact for incoming phone calls, providing prompt assistance or directing inquiries
• Guide customers within the store and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes, registers, carts, and the front area of the location
• Refill and merchandise impulse products at the front end to support sales
• Perform additional tasks and support initiatives as assigned by management to ensure smooth location operations and alignment with overall business goal
