Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver high-quality service at our Orlando location. You will handle cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first contact for in-store and phone inquiries, ensuring smooth checkout and accurate transactions.

You’ll support returns, memberships, and questions while collaborating with branch leadership to help achieve sales, merchandising, and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant retail or supply chain experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office, CRM systems and project tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly front-end customer service and smooth checkout experience.
• Handle POS transactions and cash handling; verify memberships.
• Process returns and restock items as needed.
• Assist customers and guide questions about policies and pricing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front area.
• Support location operations and cross-functional company goals.
