The Restaurant Store is hiring a Bilingual Front End Associate for our Camp Hill location. You will provide friendly customer service at the front of the store, handle cashier duties, and serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries to ensure smooth checkout operations.

This role supports returns, memberships, and customer questions, collaborating with branch leadership and teams to meet sales, order fulfillment, merchandising, and inventory goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail and/or supply chain experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly front-end customer service and ensure smooth checkout.
• Achieve high levels of POS transactions daily.
• Assist with cash handling, memberships, and loading purchases into vehicles.
• Process returns and restock items appropriately.
• Expedite checkout flow to minimize wait times.
• Answer phone inquiries and direct as needed.
• Guide customers on store policies, pricing, and questions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout areas and front-end.
• Replenish impulse products at the front to support sales.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned by management.
