Qualifications

• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring sales, complete tender transactions.
• Complete file maintenance log for price discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area per housekeeping standards.
• Answer telephones and comply with corporate policies.
• Provide refunds, exchanges, money orders, bill pay, gift cards and more.
