Responsibilities

• Greet, engage and assist customers at the checkout
• Process customer transactions quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Understand and operate the POS system and handle tenders (cash, checks, credit/debit, SNAP EBT, loyalty offers)
• Adhere to company policies on cash handling, shortages/overages, and loss prevention
• Follow guidelines for restricted sale items and ensure compliance with safety and store policies
• Report pricing discrepancies and stay current with ads and promotions
