Whole Foods Market is seeking a Front-End Team Member to support guest service, handle cashier duties, and maintain clean, appealing Front End displays. You will follow procedures, deliver courteous service, and help ensure a positive store image.

The role emphasizes accurate checkout, friendly interactions with customers, and adherence to health, safety, and loss prevention standards. Flexible schedule may be required.

Competenze

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Strong basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Mansioni

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Maintains clean and stocked Front End areas and assists with pricing and merchandising.
• Assists supervisor in managing customer flow and reduces wait times.
• Provides excellent customer service and answers phones promptly and courteously.
• May assist with training of new Cashier and Cashier Assistant Team Members.
