Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at the check-out, operate the cash register, bag groceries, and maintain attractive displays. You will support the Customer Service vision and collaborate with Team Members to ensure courteous, friendly, and efficient service.

Responsibilities include processing purchases, following cash handling procedures, and contributing to a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Stand/walk for 6-8 hours in an 8-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds government regulations concerning sale of alcoholic beverages and taxation.
• Follows proper check, ATM, and credit procedures.
• Cleans and stocks Front End areas, including own register; changing tapes and ribbon as necessary.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary working and shopping environment; maintains equipment to standards.
• Provides excellent customer service and addresses customer needs promptly.
