Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member for front-end operations. You will handle checkout, assist customers, and maintain attractive displays while aligning with company standards and safety rules.

Core duties include accurate ringing, cash handling, training new staff, and supporting supervision in managing busy lines. A friendly, team-focused attitude and attention to detail are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand/walk 6–8 hours in an 8-hour shift.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check out groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Uphold regulations on sale of alcohol and taxation.
• Follow cash handling procedures and POS processes.
• Maintain clean, stocked Front End areas and ensure proper pricing.
• Assist with training new Cashier staff and support supervisor with customer flow.
• Deliver courteous, friendly service and promote sales through suggestive selling.
