Job summary

Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Front End Supervisor to oversee guest service at the checkout area and ensure fast, friendly service. The store (Store 290 Lexington, SC) is opening Fall 2025 and will implement Lowes Foods’ guest service standards across the front end.

The role covers cash handling, daily cash responsibilities, and cashier support, with opportunities to train and develop front-end staff and ensure no noticeable wait times for guests.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Able to lift 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Able to read and understand information and direction.
• Knowledge of front end operations.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrate successful use of math skills.
• Able to work well with computers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure fast, pleasant checkout per standards; manage sales assets.
• Prepare weekly cash report and related documentation; maintain sales information.
• Oversee cash-related activities and cashier support.
• Monitor and audit cashier tills; maintain front-end schedules.
• Process guest orders to meet No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
