Responsibilities

• Supervise sales, cash and invoice accounting duties.
• Prepare weekly cash report and documentation.
• Maintain sales related information and process invoices/transfers.
• Process beer/wine payments.
• Prepare bank deposits per policy.
• Oversee cashier support activities (verification, loans, pickups).
• Approve/cash payroll checks per policy.
• Ensure accurate daily cash counts.
• Handle guest needs (money orders, stamps, lottery).
• Process returned checks per policy.
• Ensure cash office security and cashier tills accountability.
• Maintain supplies for front end and cash office.
• Monitor Operator Activity Report and perform till audits.
• Maintain daily front-end schedule for guest service levels.
• Process guest orders to uphold No Noticeable Wait policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
