Job summary

Michaels is recruiting for a Store Associate in Lenexa, KS directly across from Oak Park Mall. You will help customers locate products, assist with store services, and participate in checkout, rewards enrollments, and omni-channel processes.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, running planograms, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Ideal candidates have retail and/or customer service experience and can stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments and VOC surveys.
• Assist with omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking and planogram duties.
• Maintain store recovery, stock and in-stock conditions.
