Job summary

Michaels in Wichita, KS is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a quick checkout experience. You will participate in unloading, stocking, and store recovery to keep the sales floor well merchandised and in stock.

Role involves engaging customers with rewards programs, contributing to a positive store environment, and supporting SOPs while upholding company standards. Nights and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash accurately.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
