Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively assist athletes to understand their needs and enhance their shopping experience with product knowledge and customer service.
• Follow merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and operating procedures, including legal requirements from external authorities.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store with an all-hands-on-deck approach; perform other tasks as assigned.
