DICK’S Sporting Goods is hiring a Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty to deliver fast, friendly checkout and amazing customer experiences. You’ll engage athletes and shoppers, promote loyalty programs, and support store operations with a can-do attitude.

As a teammate, you’ll contribute to an inclusive, energized team environment, ensuring accurate product knowledge and exceptional service from the floor to the register. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Provide fast, friendly checkout and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote loyalty programs and services.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and understand their needs to help with purchases.
• Maintain store presentation and signage per planogram.
• Promote loyalty programs and warranty offerings.
• Follow safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; adhere to laws including ATF.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment for teammates and athletes.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
