DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a Teammate – Endzone & Loyalty to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate checkout and to support athlete engagement in loyalty programs and services.

You will greet customers, provide product knowledge, and help create a positive shopping experience while upholding merchandising standards and promoting loyalty initiatives. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and service excellence on the sales floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes, proactively understand needs and provide accurate product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory replenishment.
• Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs, and comply with external guidelines including ATF requirements.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
