The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator for a Wellington, FL clinic to deliver a friendly, patient-focused experience in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.

This role emphasizes front desk operations, scheduling, wellness-plan sales, and collaboration with chiropractors to ensure a positive patient visit. Prior customer service and basic computer skills are preferred, with the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service and sales experience.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
• Collaborate with team members and chiropractors to ensure a positive patient experience.
