Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in sales, marketing, or goal-driven customer service (retail, fitness or wellness sales preferred).
• Strong persuasive communication and computer literacy required.
• Energetic, motivated, and thick-skinned; able to overcome objections and close sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in Marketing/Business/Communications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Marketing: Present and sell wellness plans or memberships; meet or exceed sales goals.
• Community outreach: Build relationships with local businesses and participate in events.
• Lead nurturing: Re-engage inactive members via outbound calls and targeted outreach.
• Brand ambassadorship: Support social media efforts and in-clinic promotions.
