Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is looking for a motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our fast-paced clinics in Maryland. You will greet patients, manage check-ins, and actively promote memberships and visit packages to help grow our patient base.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of sales experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task in a busy environment. Training is provided, with opportunities to advance within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong phone and computer skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent services to members and patients.
• The Wellness Coordinators primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals.
• Greeting members and patients upon arrival; check-in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answering phone calls.
• Re-engaging inactive members.
• Staying updated on membership options, packages and promotions.
• Confident in presenting and selling memberships and visit packages.
• Willingness to learn and grow.
