Aufgaben

• Work scheduled Wellness Coordinator shifts, managing patient check-ins, payments, phone calls, and patient flow.
• Explain memberships and packages, answer patient questions, and enroll patients in care options.
• Lead, train, and support front desk staff while holding the team accountable for clinic expectations.
• Take ownership of your location's staffing needs, including coordinating coverage for call-outs, absences, and scheduling gaps.
• Personally cover shifts when other coverage is unavailable and adjust your schedule as needed to maintain clinic operations.
• Monitor sales, patient conversion, retention, and other clinic goals.
• Ensure patient agreements, account notes, payments, and daily reports are completed accurately.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness, supplies, organization, and a welcoming patient experience.
• Address routine staff and operational issues, escalating concerns to leadership when needed.
• Communicate staffing changes, performance updates, and unresolved concerns promptly.
