Job summary

O2 Fitness is seeking Front Desk / Customer Service Team Members to deliver a superior member experience by greeting guests, answering phones, signing guests up for memberships, and assisting with Personal Training orientation while keeping the club clean and well stocked.

The role requires a high school graduate (preferred) and exceptional customer service skills; you will support billing queries, help with merchandise and maintain a friendly, positive environment for members and visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to greet members and handle inquiries.
• Assist with billing questions and membership sign-ups.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service and cleanliness to members, prospective members and guests.
• Greet every member and guest with a smile, warm welcome
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
• Sign guests up for memberships and schedule members for Personal Training orientation
• Assist with billing questions and handling member concerns
• Assist housekeeping and the cleanliness of the club; restock paper products and towels
• Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars; merchandizing and restocking
