O2 Fitness in Winston-Salem is seeking a friendly Front Desk / Member Services team member to deliver a welcoming, clean environment and top-notch service. You will greet guests, answer phones, sign members up for memberships, assist with billing questions, and support housekeeping and inventory to keep the club stocked and inviting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive member experience by providing superior service and cleanliness.
• Greet members and guests with a smile and a warm welcome.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with questions.
• Sign guests up for memberships and schedule Personal Training orientation.
• Assist with billing questions and handling member concerns.
• Assist housekeeping and ensure the club is clean and stocked.
• Inventory management of drinks, cooler goods, and protein bars; merchandise adequately stocked.
