Job summary

O2 Fitness in Wake Forest, NC is seeking a front desk/customer service team member to ensure a welcoming, clean, and professional club environment. You will greet members, answer phones, enroll guests in memberships, and assist with orientation and billing questions.

Qualifications

• High school graduate is preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills; interact positively with members and staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a friendly welcome.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Sign guests up for memberships and schedule Personal Training orientation.

• Help keep the club clean and stocked, including towels and supplies.
• Inventory management of drinks and merchandize; keep coolers stocked.
