Job summary

The Quincy Kroc Center is seeking friendly Welcome Team Attendants to be the first impression for members, guests, and event participants. This role emphasizes excellent customer service, accurate records, and a welcoming environment in a busy front desk setting.

Position is part-time, up to 19 hours per week, with flexible scheduling and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting with memberships, managing CRM records, answering calls, and supporting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred.
• Friendly, professional communication style.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Comfort using computers, POS systems, and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting members and guests, answering questions, and resolving concerns professionally.
• Promote, explain, and sell memberships and services, connecting individuals to programs that best meet their needs.
• Enter and maintain records in the CRM system, including memberships, program registrations, reservations, and transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kroc Center programs including aquatics, fitness, recreation, youth programs, and events.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Monitor facility access to ensure only authorized individuals enter and report safety concerns.
