Job summary

The Quincy Kroc Center, operated by The Salvation Army USA Central Territory, is seeking Welcome Team Attendants to provide outstanding service at the membership desk. You will help with memberships, program information, and event support, creating a welcoming first impression for members, guests, and participants.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling (up to 19 hours/week) with hours across weekdays and weekends, and a pay rate of 15.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, professional customer service.
• Ability to explain memberships and services clearly.
• Comfort using computers and CRM systems, or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, answer questions, and resolve concerns.
• Promote and explain memberships and services.
• Enter and maintain records in the CRM system, including transactions.
• Assist with event hosting and room setup as needed.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming desk area.
