You will manage the switchboard, assist with light administrative tasks in Microsoft Office, monitor security, and maintain filing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operates the reception area, answers calls and screens inquiries.
• Greets visitors entering the facility and directs or escorts them as needed.
• Assists residents, family members, employees and other visitors as needed.
• Performs general administrative tasks such as word processing and data entry.
• Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring access.
• Maintain the filing system and file correspondences appropriately.
• Sorts daily mail and deliveries.
• Reports issues to the Administrator.
