You will be the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and visitors, coordinating requests with property management teams to maintain a safe, efficient building environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in hospitality, retail, or office environments.
• 1-2 years of experience with work order management systems and vendor coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality with commitment to providing consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process and coordinate work orders for maintenance, repairs, and facility services to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with property management, engineering, and vendor teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support building events, communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of tenant databases.
• Fulfill tasks to comply with Property Management Agreements and local ordinances; work Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm; on-site presence.
