Primary Responsibilities

• Answer telephones, respond to inquiries, take messages, screen and direct phone calls professionally.
• Process student registrations using effective sales/customer‑service techniques.
• Schedule and manage birthday and pool parties; supervise private party staff.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist members with merchandise and vending purchases.
• Greet parents and students as they report to the front desk.
• Check in students on the attendance tracking system.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front desk area, Snack Shack, changing areas, restrooms and observation area.
• Monitor the Snack Shack area and provide guidance to staff.
• Check voicemail and email correspondence, responding in a timely manner.
• Update informational displays with accurate, timely promotions and literature.
• Provide occasional administrative support to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
• Make customer calls to resolve open account problems.
• Prepare twice‑daily student lesson schedules for instructors and management staff.
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents; administer first aid when necessary.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to work with children.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Experience as an instructor, coach, camp counselor, or childcare provider is a plus.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software systems.
• Must pass background examinations (included with training).
